It has been a busy year for the Total Recall VR team, and we are going to take a well-earned break this December/January!
No orders will be manufactured between the 22nd of December 2018 and the 6th of January 2019. Limited e-mail support will be available during this period, however telephone and remote support will not be available.
Total Recall VR will be at Comms Connect 2018 Melbourne on the 21st and 22nd November this year. You will find us at stand 51 (3rd stand on the right from the entry) where our team will be available to discuss the benefits of using and the security and reliability of audio logging and call recording virtual machines and fully hosted services. If you think that recording on 30 channels for less than the price of 2 coffee cups per day is a good deal, then you do not want to just stroll past our stand.
We are delighted to announce the general availability (GA) of the new look Total Recall VR LinX Essence product.
The product retains its low cost, tiny-box footprint and the ability to handle up to 60 concurrent recording session, however it is now based on newer hardware platform which allows us to create bespoke units that can handle more than 60 concurrent recording session.
A reminder that the end of support (EoS) date for Total Recall VR recorders that use the Max technology is 1st of December 2018. We announced this date on the 4th of March 2016 when we published the 9.20.0 software update which is also the last software update for systems that are based on the Max technology.

We regret to inform you that Total Recall VR resellers have been targeted on at least one occasion by fake emails asking resellers for a short term loan to be paid in to a bank account that is registered with a bank outside Australia.
