The 10.4.0 release adds support for the new LinX Altus and LinX Omnia products as well number of improvements to the LinX technology including full integration with Omnitornics IPR products and support for Digium telephony cards.
In summary, release 10.4.0 includes:
- Support for two new products:
- LinX Altus based on the GENE-LN05 SBC with an Intel Atom D525 CPU and 4GB RAM. This product is capable of recording on 30 VoIP and 60 analogue channels in hybrid mode.
- LinX Omnia based on the P4BWA industrial motherboard with an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU and 4GB of RAM. This product is capable of recording on 60 VoIP, 60 ISDN or 60 analogue channels. In hybrid mode, it is capable of recording on 60 analogue and 60 VoIP or ISDN in any combination.
- Support for recording RTP streams between Omnitronics IPR products out of the box.
- Support for Digium digital telephony cards including TE205, TE220, TE405 and TE420. The Digium telephony cards can be used as an alternative to the Rhino R2T1 and R4T1 telephony cards.
- Support for USB DSP (analogue channel) cards.
- A number of issues were resolved with the Remote Manager application including slow response when searching and the sporadic problem of missing date nodes on the search tree.
- An issue which resulted in detection of multiple RFC 2833 named events on VoIP recording channels was resolved.
