We received a report of a system with an older software version (9.4.0) that appeared to be 'freezing' when replaying certain calls from its database. The solution to the issue was as follows:
1) Re-build the database. This can be manually activated from the Options > Maintenance menu.
2) Point (1) actually resolved the problem, however nonetheless we recommend that all users keep their TRVR systems upgraded to the latest possible software version.
