New Total Recall VR systems (at the time of writing, v9.11.0 / 10.1.0) include Remote Manager software that is fully tested and compatible with Windows 7.
If you have an older installation (v4.60 or earlier), then your Remote Manager software would have been designed for Windows XP, and therefore you may experience problems running the software on a newer PC. While v4.60 is no longer officially supported, we can suggest the following procedures to get your software operating:
1) Enable 'Compatibility' Mode
After installing Remote Manager, right-click the Remote Manager desktop icon, then click on 'Properties'. Then, click on the 'Compatibility' tab, and select to run the program in Compatibility Mode for Windows XP SP3.
2) Follow our detailed guidelines
