Total Recall VR Remote Manager PC software is not backward or forward compatible. The version of Remote Manager on your PC must match your Total Recall VR system, otherwise it is very likely that you will encounter problems.
With newer versions of Total Recall VR (v8.0.0 and above) it is easy to know which software version you need, as the Total Recall VR unit software version matches that of Remote Manager. For example, Remote Manager 8.6.0 is for unit software 8.6.0. However for old software versions this is not always the case:
