“Monitoring problem” can be caused by one of the following two:
- Remote Manager does not have access to the audio hardware on the PC, or another program is using the audio hardware when you run Remote Manager. For example, run Remote Manager twice and you will see the message pop up when you run the 2nd instance.
- Remote Manager is not able to use the TCP port ‘base port + 1’ where base port is the value set in the ‘File->Advanced’ dialog. By default it is port 10002.
You can check in the log file that Remote Manager creates: <install dir>\\tmp\\systemLog. It should show an error that should give you a clue about the actual problem.
