This problem can occur due to one of the following reasons:
- The system has lost its BIOS settings due to a faulty BIOS battery.
- The hard disk has failed.
Please send us a support request stating the serial number of the system and we will send you the correct BIOS settings. You can re-apply the settings and attempt to boot the system. If the system boots as expected, then the BIOS battery must be replaced, otherwise every time the system shuts down, or it loses power, it will lose the BIOS settings as well and will not be able to boot until you restore the BIOS settings again.
If the BIOS settings are correct and the system does not boot, then hard disk is faulty and must be replaced to restore normal operation of the system. However, note that is some rare cases, the CPU module may be faulty and will have to be replaced to restore normal operation of the system.
