Total Recall VR Classic Rack Product Updates

We are very pleased to announce the introduction of some important updates to our Classic Rack product!

All new shipments of Classic Rack systems will feature the following updates:

1) Classic Rack is now 100% VoIP Ready
This update includes two changes. Classic Rack now features 2 x Network Ports, so that one can be used for VoIP recording while the other can be used for access with applications such as Remote Manager. This also makes the unit suitable for recording in VoIP hosted environments.

Also, all Classic Rack systems now include the necessary wiring to record simultaneous analog and VoIP channels by default, so upgrading an Analog system for VoIP recording is simply by license key (previously an upgrade kit was required).

2) USB Archive Port Access from the Front Panel
Previous Classic Rack systems has a USB port at the rear of the system. We have taken the opportuntiy to move the USB port to the front of the machine, which facilitates far easier access for creating archives on USB sticks, USB hard drives etc.

3) Face Plate Changing from White to Black
Classic Rack has traditionally used a white face plate, however this is creating a mis-match with the increasing numbers of users who option the system with a Blu-ray archive drive (which are not manufactured with white exteriors). As we would like to standardise our products with Blu-ray archive drives in the near future, we will be gradually changing the Classic Rack system to a black face plate.

We can confirm that all other software & hardware features remain the same, and that system pricing has not changed.
